Information We Collect
- Addon install identifiers and companion version metadata.
- Character names, realms, regions, and optional hashed character GUIDs.
- Run metadata such as activity type, instance details, timestamps, and participants.
- Structured conduct ratings and optional private notes for moderation context.
- Appeal contact information when a player submits a request.
What We Do Not Collect
- Blizzard account credentials or Battle.net client data.
- Gameplay automation data, memory inspection, or process information.
- Payment prompts, supporter status, or premium addon state.
- Public raw comments or public reviewer identities.
Public Display
- Public addon snapshots contain aggregate conduct states only.
- Private notes are not exported to addon snapshots.
- One failed run or one negative submission is not enough to create a public caution.
- Suppressed or deleted data is removed from future public exports.
Retention
- Raw ingest details are retained only as long as needed for audit, replay, and abuse review.
- Private notes should be deleted or redacted when they are no longer needed for moderation.
- Public snapshots keep current aggregate state and limited history for operational rollback.
